Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement plans for new equipment, machines, and tools to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Product Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support products and processes in series production.
  • Prototype Transfer: Transfer prototypes into series production, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruptions.
  • Prototype Support: Provide independent project management and coordination with adjacent departments for prototype development, testing, and documentation.
  • Operational Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Project Management: Lead customer projects according to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise: A degree in a relevant field or extensive professional experience in a comparable position.
