Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at Addison Group. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for processing payments, overseeing accounts receivable, and assisting with accounts payable tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Payments: Process payments through bank transfers, wire transfers, and ACH transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable: Review and audit invoices, correct discrepancies, apply additional fees as necessary, and generate reports to ensure accurate account maintenance.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable: Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills when interacting with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance department and overall organizational goals.
