Wealth Management Employee & Client Experience Analyst

About the Role:

The Wealth Management Employee & Client Experience Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for gathering and analyzing client and employee feedback to drive actionable improvements in our Wealth Management division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to understand baseline and subsequent values.
  • Deliver data to support programs and activities that improve the client and employee experience.
  • Prepare and support dashboard reports with customer feedback and operational metrics.
  • Present key stakeholders with clear qualitative and quantitative data to support strategic decisions.
  • Use analytics and insights to partner with internal teams and support Wealth Management's external learning experience.
  • Collaborate with similar roles at BOKF to share knowledge, systems, tools, and resources.
  • Organize and share reports, dashboards, data, feedback, and insights.
  • Help develop surveys for the Wealth Management experience program.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to optimize solutions for client feedback insights and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, data, mathematics, business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of directly related experience in technical analysis, data analytics, or bank operations.
  • Experience in a Financial Institution is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Flexible in adapting and pivoting based on the direction of WM Leadership and strategic priorities.
  • High level of understanding Wealth Management clients and business deliverables.
  • Ability to use Excel, Tableau, and SPSS to analyze data and create visuals.
  • Excellent PC and software application skills.
  • Experience working in a virtual environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
