Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Technical Analyst to join our team at BOK Financial Corporation Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering superior services as a liaison between the financial accounting and reporting teams and the IT team, with a focus on solutions for regulatory reporting and financial accounting needs.

This role requires a seasoned, experienced professional with an understanding of industry-wide business process and analysis practices and organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and perform analysis, design, development, planning, implementation, and supporting of critical regulatory and financial accounting reporting needs of the company.
  • Manage plans, organize, and control projects which have an organizational impact.
  • Provide day-to-day support for complex reporting solutions.
  • Write business and functional requirements, and report definition and data governance for complex financial accounting projects.
  • Maintain awareness of and interpret existing and new regulatory reporting needs of the company.
  • Identify the impact of these reporting needs and the resources required to achieve them.
  • Provide complex business process modeling, and project estimates for said projects and enhancements.
  • Create intricate reports from database repositories such as Oracle Financials and perform multifaceted queries.
  • Manage complex projects using bank's existing methodology, artifacts, funding, etc., while performing testing on the projects and enhancements.
  • Analyze data processes and data quality in accordance with Enterprise Data Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop data quality rules and remediate data quality issues for critical data elements supporting financial reporting.
Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Accounting and 3+ years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
