Responsibilities – BMW Certified Automotive Technician:

  • Accurately perform work as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose the root cause of malfunctions and execute repairs.
  • Efficiently repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air-conditioning, in line with dealership standards.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to procure necessary components.
  • Assess vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and communicate findings promptly.
  • Document all work performed and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any incidents to management immediately.

Qualifications/Requirements – BMW Certified Automotive Technician:

  • BMW certification and relevant experience are mandatory.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
  • Must be a collaborative team player.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Successful completion of pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug screening, is required.
