Job Title: Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support for the installation, start-up, and debugging of high-speed cable manufacturing process equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless installation and start-up of high-speed cable manufacturing process equipment.
  • Focus on process control and process discipline to reduce variability, defects, and improve capacity.
  • Apply 6-Sigma (DMAIC) based problem-solving to drive process improvements.
  • Develop and implement standard work documentation, including SOPs, SOS, Job Aids, and Training Documentation.
  • Present updates on active workstreams to leadership.
  • Ensure safe work practices.
Requirements:
  • BS in chemical, mechanical, materials, electrical, statistics, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience with high-speed cable manufacturing equipment is a plus.
  • Effective technical leadership, organization, and planning skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using software packages such as JMP, Minitab, and Power-BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with diverse teams.
