Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer III to join our team at DivIHN Integration Inc. as a Senior Process Engineer - Cable Manufacturing. This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in chemical engineering and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead manufacturing process improvements, variability reduction, defect reduction, process control, throughput improvements, and 6-Sigma initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering principles and methods to resolve challenges, and coach and mentor junior level engineers to develop and hone skills.
  • Conduct experimentation to expand process understanding and support technology deployment.
  • Develop and implement standard work documentation, including SOPs, SOS, Job Aids, and Training Documentation.
  • Provide updates on active workstreams to leadership through presentations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and visualize data.
  • Effective technical leadership, organization, and planning skills, with the ability to handle changing priorities.
  • Proven track record of utilizing process excellence tools and SPC to monitor and improve process performance.
  • Experience in successfully completing projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with high-speed cable manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency in using software packages such as JMP, Minitab, and Power-BI to analyze and display data.
  • Familiarity with other engineering disciplines, including electrical, controls, mechanical, measurement, etc.
