In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our U.S. Federal and SLED Sales teams, engaging with exciting proposal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit compliant responses to RFQs and ITBs within specified timelines.
- Assist with qualification and information requests, including basic company details, proposal forms, resumes, or project information.
- Support Iron Mountain's unsolicited proposal process, including document preparation and submission into the company’s contract management system.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to verify customer requirements with technical experts.
- Enter opportunities into the contract management system promptly upon receipt of request forms.
- Coordinate resource availability with the Proposal Team Manager and track assignments using proposal tracking tools.
- Facilitate access to proposal areas, collaboration tools, and content libraries.
- Maintain a database of customer portal log-in information and proposal tracking resources.
- Assist in the upkeep of core proposal resources.
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Professional, and preferably the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry proposal best practices in government contracting (e.g., Shipley or APMP).
- Understanding of the government acquisition process and related regulations.
- Experience with Responsive (formerly RFPIO) or similar proposal automation software.
- Ability to work independently.
