  • Access Management: Manage access to systems for financial professionals and their clients, ensuring seamless and secure access to our platforms.
  • Guidance and Training: Offer guidance and training to financial professionals and clients on how to access our systems, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize our platforms effectively.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry and paperwork processing tasks to support the smooth operation of our systems.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of related experience in a technical support or access management role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
