- Organize and summarize client meetings by scheduling appointments, entering data into our management system, creating agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Facilitate the submission of new business documentation efficiently, which involves preparing necessary forms, obtaining signatures, tracking insurance applications, and coordinating rollovers.
