Job Title: Senior Hardware Technical Project Manager, Seating Systems

Lucid Motors is seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Technical Project Manager to join our Seating Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and production of Seating Systems, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and production of Seating Systems, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure project status and progress.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in hardware technical project management, with a focus on Seating Systems.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects, with a focus on timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on hardware development and production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
