Senior Technical Program Manager, Chassis Electronics

At Lucid Motors, we're revolutionizing the automotive industry with our cutting-edge luxury electric vehicles. As a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Chassis Electronics team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the development of Chassis software items and integration for future development programs
- Provide program-related support to the Chassis Electronics Engineering Manager, Chassis Module Leader, and Chassis Software Engineers
- Create and maintain detailed Gantt charts of multiple software projects
- Track software feature development lifecycle management, electrical architecture definition, and software issue management
- Interface with Lucid internal departments and chassis commodity suppliers to ensure timely validation and production
- 7+ years of professional work experience in a STEM-related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and aggressive program timelines
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Gantt charts
- Proficiency in using automotive development and debugging tools
Lucid Motors offers a competitive salary range of $146,100-$214,280 USD, plus a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. You may also be eligible to participate in our equity program and/or discretionary annual incentive program.
