About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Oncology Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a Providence caregiver, you will apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a radiation oncology setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in radiation oncology.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring (L&D).
  • Certification in nursing administration, management, or specialty area as approved by American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Magnet within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
