- P&L Variance Analysis: Conduct P&L variance flux analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Cash and Credit Card Reconciliations: Reconcile cash and credit card accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ad Hoc Analyses: Perform ad hoc account analyses and other departmental tasks as necessary, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, with a working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.
- Industry Experience: Retail industry or manufacturing experience required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
