Job Title: Ophthalmic Assistant Manager

Cornell Scott-Hill Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Assistant Manager to oversee our ophthalmology department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and train ophthalmic assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Coordinate scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering.
  3. Develop and implement procedures for efficient patient flow and streamlined workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an ophthalmic assistant, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Certification by JCAHPO as an Ophthalmic Assistant or higher.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
