Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to manage project conceptual approaches, develop initiatives to improve staff skills, and act as the 'Engineer of Record' on dedicated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management for trade-specific systems on multiple projects.
  • Design and solution development considering environmental effects, project budget, health, safety, and local systems.
  • Staff skill improvement initiatives and leadership in coordination meetings.
  • Client goal conversion into system designs or solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience working in a consulting firm.
  • LEED AP accreditation preferred.
  • Coordination with architectural, structural, electrical, and telecom teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $96,120-$164,554 USD annual salary.
  • Flexible work schedule (Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote).
