Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new residential customers through door-to-door contact and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new residential customers
  • Conduct needs analysis with prospective customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Present sales proposals and pitches to customers to meet their needs
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and market trends
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen and articulate pitches
  • Passion for sales and strong personal drive
  • Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience or prospecting/cold calling experience
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services and data networking fundamentals
Working Conditions
  • Spends approximately 90% of time in outside environment for extended periods in any season
  • Minimal time in office environment
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels
