As an Account Director at bread & Butter, you will be a versatile professional, adept at navigating various challenges for our clients. You will thrive in managing high-profile brands, exotic locations, and luxury accommodations. You will be a proactive problem solver, an inspiring leader, and a cultivator of enduring relationships with media and industry influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison between the agency and account teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s voice and best practices.
- Oversee the execution of client campaigns, from strategic planning to implementation, while driving new business initiatives.
- Foster professional development within the team, nurturing talent and encouraging growth.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with prominent national and international media outlets, securing valuable coverage.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a sense of humor while guiding teams through challenges.

Work Environment:
