Job Summary

Cypress Coast Care is a team of dedicated caregivers who provide top-notch support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Aide to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care to clients, including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating assistance.
  • Assist clients with medication management and vital sign monitoring under the delegation of a Registered Nurse, if applicable.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and shopping, to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
  • Report any changes in the client's condition, incidents, or problems to the Service Supervisor.
  • Document any unusual incidents or changes in the client's behavior.
  • Adhere to all company policies and state regulations concerning in-home care.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home care setting.
  • Valid North Carolina Driver's License and personal means of transportation.
  • Current NA I or NA II certification or relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear, effective communication style.
  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of managing time effectively.
