Job Overview

Cypress Coast Care is a team of dedicated caregivers who provide top-notch support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Help clients manage their medications and vital signs, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation and laundry, to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the Service Supervisor.
  • Document daily activities and health data as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home care setting.
  • Valid North Carolina Driver's License and personal means of transportation.
  • Current NA I or NA II certification or relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and punctual, with the ability to manage time effectively.
