We are seeking a skilled professional to become a vital part of our Communications, Reporting & Analysis (CRA) team at Citigroup Inc. Within the COO Controls organization, your expertise will be essential in formulating strategies to evaluate and elevate Operational Risk. Your role will encompass the creation of insightful reports and tools, leading initiatives, and streamlining processes to foster transformation throughout the organization.
Position Overview:
As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Controls Report Development & Support Lead to craft and implement Operational and Compliance Risk dashboards. You will engage with business analysts to grasp reporting needs, pinpoint data sources, and execute coding within Tableau. Additionally, you will provide support to end-users and guide leadership in achieving reporting goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level reports for Regulatory and Executive-level oversight
- Collaborate with data custodians to establish links with Operational and Compliance Risk datasets
- Examine data trends and patterns to evaluate historical business and control performance
- Create predictive reporting to support future decision-making processes
- Guarantee precision and timely report delivery through robust internal controls
- Work alongside stakeholders to ensure uniform reporting strategies
- Independently oversee timelines and deliverables
- Partner with Technology teams to manage technology implementations
- Promote ongoing enhancements in existing reporting frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in report development with a strong focus on Tableau
- In-depth understanding of the Operational Risk & Control landscape
- Familiarity with Statistical Software (SAS, R, Hadoop) is advantageous
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and thrive under pressure
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
