Trade Sales Representative

Pella Mid-Atlantic is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trade Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Trade Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and trade organizations to promote the Pella brand and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with trade customers and partners
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Providing expert advice and guidance on Pella products and services
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the trade industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
