DaVita Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical and mental ability to work on your feet for extended periods
