Chief Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities

  8. Oversee professional development of all staff, including onboarding and training and development.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.
  2. Ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
  3. Strong business acumen: ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities.
  4. Written communication skills, as well as verbal fluency.
  5. Strong people skills; comfort engaging with all stakeholders in a gracious and professional manner.
  6. Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment.
  7. A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
  8. Bachelor's Degree required.
  9. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  10. Willing to relocate to Jersey City or at least a comfortable commute from the facilities.

Compensation: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000 with a long-term incentive plan and bonus.
