Job Title: Apple Manager

Follett is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apple Manager to oversee the operations of our Apple Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, visual merchandising, and sales promotions, while ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees in the Apple Department, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and sales promotions to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Home Office and other departments to coordinate sales promotions and execute company programs.
  • Provide solutions to customers and institutional buyers through developing strategic partnerships and staying up-to-date on current computer and technology products.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail management or a related field.
  • High school degree or equivalent required; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer products and technology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
