Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of housekeeping services.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure all housekeeping staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
