Job Overview

Follett, a leading provider of education technology, services, and print and digital content, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the Apple Department operations. As an Apple Department Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, visual merchandising, and sales promotions, while ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees in the computer products department, including hiring, training, and developing team members.
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales promotions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Home Office to execute sales promotions and manage execution in the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, suggesting computer products based on knowledge of current products and manufacturer's offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, partnering with various support partners, including Store Operations, RCMS, AP, HR, and Training.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of previous trade computer products experience desired.
  • Advanced computer products knowledge and experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
