A well-established AV-rated law firm in North Dallas is in search of a reliable, self-driven, and meticulously organized Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in litigation matters.
- Manage and organize legal documents and case files.
- Prepare for court proceedings and assist with electronic filings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience in litigation within a law firm setting.
- Familiarity with collection, lien, and bond processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Advanced understanding of litigation procedures and rules.
- Exceptional secretarial, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
