Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
  • Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and systems while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Address and document performance-related issues effectively.
  • Take charge of the financial performance of the restaurant, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  • Handle administrative tasks and manage cash flow efficiently.
  • Engage with customers safely and professionally during deliveries.
  • Process customer orders via phone and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Conduct credit transactions and manage bank deposits as required.
Physical Requirements
  • Majority of tasks performed while standing; walking surfaces include ceramic tiles and linoleum.
  • Frequent short-distance walking and occasional sitting for paperwork.
  • Regular lifting of product deliveries, with weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to carry multiple items, including heavy pizza trays and ingredients.
  • Occasional climbing, bending, and reaching required for various tasks.
  • Continuous use of hands for various tasks, including food preparation and customer service.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries and outdoor tasks.
  • In-store temperatures can vary, with potential exposure to hot surfaces and sharp tools.
  • Requires effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred two years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.
  • Serv-Safe or equivalent food service certification preferred.
