Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Technician Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all manufacturing equipment, fixturing, tooling, and facilities equipment.
- Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure tasks are completed safely and to quality standards.
- Execute safety program requirements and participate actively in the safety team.
- Conduct regular facilities inspections and document findings as needed.
- Assist in developing maintenance budget for the upcoming year.
Requirements:
- Mid-level experience level
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous mechanical and industrial maintenance experience
- Experience in manufacturing automation and robotics
- Experience in electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and PLC controller work
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Ability to lift 50 lbs to shoulder height
