Job Summary

The Lead Mental Health Clinician at Warren Village is responsible for providing clinical leadership and management of the mental health program, including supervising staff clinicians. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, and at least two years of experience working in mental health with children, youth, and families. A clinical license from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement strengths-focused, family-centered, culturally competent mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families, including play therapy, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a trauma-informed care focus and culturally sensitive practices.
  • Supervise staff clinicians and provide training, consultation, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with Warren Village Kids' Club staff to support greater social-emotional growth for youth.
  • Provide monthly psycho-educational Evening Enrichment Classes for parents on social-emotional topics.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working in mental health with children, youth, and families.
  • Clinical license from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
  • Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish, French, Arabic, or Swahili) highly preferred.
  • Lived experience in homelessness or housing instability, including an alumni of Warren Village.
Work Environment

The working environment is typically that of an office using a personal computer, adding machine, and other equipment. Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based around the availability of youth and families served.

Salary and Benefits

Hiring range of: $69,460 - $79,960 DOE and licensure. Attractive benefits package, including generous paid time off (sick/vacation days) and 12 holidays.
