Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Warren Village Inc. As a key member of our mental health program, you will provide counseling services to youth and their caregivers, while also leading and managing the program's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children, adolescents, adults, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive services and support to families.
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality services and promote professional growth.
  • Manage program operations including data collection, therapy attendance, and program evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in mental health, with a focus on youth and family services.
  • Clinical licensure from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, staff, and community partners.
