Lead Mental Health Clinician

The Lead Mental Health Clinician is a critical role at Warren Village Inc., responsible for providing mental health services to youth and families, as well as overseeing the mental health program. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Services: Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth and families, with a focus on trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive practices.
- Program Management: Oversee the mental health program, including supervising staff, managing client waitlists, and developing program budgets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery and promote the goals of Warren Village Inc.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working in mental health, with a focus on youth and families.
- Licensure: Clinical license from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
- Bilingual: Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, Arabic, or Swahili are highly preferred.
- Lived Experience: Lived experience in homelessness or housing instability, including being an alumnus of Warren Village Inc.
The working environment is typically that of an office, with a flexible and non-traditional schedule based on the availability of youth and families served.
Salary and BenefitsHiring range of: $69,460 – $79,960 DOE and licensure. Attractive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 12 holidays, and a comprehensive and affordable medical, dental, and vision plan.
