Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Breast Imaging Radiologist to join a leading academic medical institution and comprehensive healthcare network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of breast imaging services within an outpatient setting.

The Breast Imaging Radiologist will play a pivotal role in advancing the program, collaborating closely with the Chief of Oncology.


Key Responsibilities:


The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Interpreting mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and general ultrasounds.
  • Performing breast biopsies and diagnostic imaging.
  • Conducting patient consultations and providing support to fellow Radiologists.
  • Enhancing women's health services through comprehensive imaging.

Clinical duties encompass screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI, and interventional procedures focused on breast health.
No on-call duties, no night shifts, and one weekend per month.


Qualifications:


Education:

  • Completion of a Fellowship in Breast Imaging or equivalent experience with proficiency in all facets of Breast Imaging, including biopsy techniques.


Experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Women's Imaging, including breast procedures, stereotactic and core biopsies, tomosynthesis, and MRI-guided breast biopsies.

Commitment to excellence in patient care is essential.
