Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Shawneespring of Harrison. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and responding to patient needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) certification
  • Strong documentation skills, experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred
  • Instructor-led CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Solid RN work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
