Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care to patients in post-acute facilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to develop and implement care plans
  • Develop and implement best practices for patient care
  • Ensure proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Supervise and train nursing and other staff, as needed
  • Document resident histories and interventions
  • Participate in incident investigations
Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Diploma from an approved nursing program
  • Minimum 6 months of experience (RN or related role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
