Job Title: Administrative Specialist - Early Learning

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Northwest Regional Education Service District. This role will provide administrative support to the Early Learning department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Early Learning department, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both paper and electronic.
  • Process requisitions, reimbursements, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and approval.
  • Update website content for program-specific information and develop forms for use in assigned tasks.
  • Assist other personnel in ensuring the efficacy of NWRESD work, including training employees on advanced applications and processes.
  • Compile data and prepare reports using advanced features in software solutions, including data entry and retrieval.
  • Process documents and reports submitted by other NWRESD employees for accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background and Criminal History Verification clearance required.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle available for use on the job.

  • Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including computer, copier, FAX, and other related equipment.
