Position Summary:
Kimco is currently in need of a Corporate Accountant to become a vital part of the Accounting department. This role will report to an Accounting Supervisor and collaborate closely with the Senior Director, along with other senior accountants. Responsibilities will include conducting general ledger analysis and assisting in the preparation of fluctuation analysis, bad debt reserve calculations, general ledger account reconciliations, and financial analysis reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed general ledger analysis.
- Assist in preparing fluctuation analysis and bad debt reserve calculations.
- Conduct general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial analysis reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of MRI is advantageous.
- Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market conditions, and other permissible factors.
