Senior Bookkeeper

Nesco Resource is seeking a highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our public accounting firm, you will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of diverse clients using QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Manage and update monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities with precision.
• Record and manage deposits, checks, expenses, and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts with attention to detail.
• Perform general ledger reviews and produce accurate financial statements.
• Assist clients with seamless weekly payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and payment of payroll taxes, including quarterly and annual filings.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & use tax returns.
• Deliver comprehensive write-up services using various accounting software, including QuickBooks.
• Prepare and submit annual Form 1099s.
