Job Summary

This professional position provides critical triage assessments for clients seeking initial services. The successful candidate will make referrals for the assessment process and/or make referrals for other appropriate services. A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related discipline is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, enabling them to read, analyze, and interpret clinical records, procedures, or governmental regulations. Additionally, they will be able to write clear and concise reports and document clinical activities effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for providing information to and responding to questions from managers, consumers, service providers, family members, and the general public. The ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships is crucial for proper functioning within the clinical role as a member of an interdependent clinical team. The successful candidate will be flexible and effective in a fast-paced, demanding environment. They will be capable of lifting 50 pounds of dead weight alone and may be required to complete standing presentations involving speaking and listening to an audience. The work environment is a general office, healthcare setting, where tasks are completed seated at a desk using standard office equipment. The ability to multitask is essential in this role, which requires a team approach.
