Customer Team Leader Role

At Co-op, we're looking for a Customer Team Leader to join our team. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and delivering great customer service. You'll also be responsible for managing the store's operations, including re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the store team and coach and supervise Customer Team Members
  • Deliver great customer service and manage the store's operations
  • Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to ensure a great shopping experience for customers
  • Support the Store Manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
  • Build relationships and get involved in the local community, supporting the Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan
