About the Role

The Transit Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information, problem-solving, and advocacy for mass transit consumers. They will handle a high volume of calls via an inbound call center, delivering exceptional customer service standards while promoting a positive image for the Authority.

Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, developing general knowledge of department policies and procedures, and maintaining daily audit procedures and productivity reports. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of previous call center experience and be proficient in English and Spanish.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $28-$40 per hour and benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
