Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative role at Blue Tech LLC is a critical position that drives lead generation through cold-calling, emailing, developing client relations, networking, and event attendance. This position is essential for lead generation for Account Executive sales and account execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Set up appointments with potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Strategize with sales team to meet goals
  • Manage leads and sales activities in Salesforce
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend trade shows to generate leads and build relationships
  • Report sales activities and results to management on a regular basis
Requirements
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience
  • Event attendance, and in-person and social networking
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, outreach sequencing, and the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Work Environment

The Sales Development Representative will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to travel up to 25% of the time. The team member must be able to sit or stand for long periods and lift and move up to 40 pounds.
