You will be the expert in our apparel products and accessories, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for our guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales
- Be knowledgeable about our apparel products and accessories
- Stay current on trends and brand guides
- Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire and influence guests
- Support changes to product assortment and keep the area inspiring to guests all year round
- Be an expert and dedicated owner of assigned areas to ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock and accurately signed for guests
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Effective communication skills
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
