The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of automotive service advisor experience, a valid driver's license, excellent customer service skills, and a working knowledge of automotive retail center computer systems. Responsibilities:

* Establish ongoing consulting relationships with customers

* Advise customers of early or late delivery, or of any additional repairs
