We are seeking a dedicated full-time Site Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our Cardlock Maintenance Team. In your initial 90 days, you will familiarize yourself with our team dynamics and standard operating procedures, while also gaining insight into the rich culture and history of Jubitz.   • Compensation: $ per hour, based on experience and skills
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Employment Status: Full-time
  • Location: Portland or Vancouver

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of general maintenance tasks at cardlock fueling stations.
  • Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, pump maintenance, minor repairs, painting, winterizing irrigation systems, parking lot upkeep, fence repairs, and landscaping.
  • Monitor and replace fuel pump filters as necessary.
  • Conduct daily inspections and report any issues.
  • Stay informed on pre-maintenance schedules.
  • Perform routine monitoring of stormwater systems at each facility.
  • Be vigilant for fuel spills and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure facilities are safe and operational by responding promptly to repair requests.
  • Monitor equipment daily, execute repairs as needed, and schedule ongoing maintenance.
  • Deliver a World Class Customer Experience to both customers and colleagues during your shift.
  • Maintain a proactive approach by identifying potential maintenance issues and safety hazards.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols regarding lifting, posture, and other hazards.
  • Remain vigilant for any potential maintenance concerns at the facilities.
  • Report any workplace injuries or safety hazards to management immediately.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of comprehensive maintenance experience is required.
  • Must hold a valid Oregon and/or Washington Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past three years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates responsibility and diligence in performing job tasks accurately and safely.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as compose routine correspondence.
  • Capable of managing a diverse range of tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping while performing efficiently.
  • General knowledge of power and hand tools, along with applicable safety procedures, is essential.
