Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including grounds cleanup, preventative maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Clean up after completing tasks
  • Perform various repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Maintain exterior common areas, lawns, flowerbeds, parking areas, and handle trash pickup
  • Provide on-call maintenance service as directed
  • Respond to emergencies and incident reports
  • Set up community spaces as needed
  • Document preventative maintenance activities
  • Advise on property condition and potential hazards
  • Responsible for property physical condition
  • Complete required inspections and maintenance
  • Submit Purchase Orders for approval
  • Utilize maintenance/work order system for record-keeping
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Complete training as required
Requirements
  • Education: High School degree or equivalent with technical training/experience in a building trade
  • Experience: 2+ years in skilled maintenance work
