About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter Foreman to lead a team of skilled craftsmen in the Helena, Montana area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of concrete construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a crew of up to 6 Concrete Carpenters in the execution of concrete construction projects
  • Operate a Telehandler and other heavy equipment as required
  • Pull layout and operate a SPS 930 total station
  • Oversight of safety and OSHA standards, with experience in commercial/industrial concrete project management
Requirements
  • Ability to manage and set project schedules effectively
  • Experience with concrete carpentry and running crew meetings
  • Ability to delegate projects and manage tight deadlines
  • Experience using Spectrum PTE for time card entry and delivering daily production reports
  • Valid driver's license
