Job Title: RN Day and Overnight Shifts Hospital Unit

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro ICU team in Somerville, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in our Intermediate Neurosciences Units. As a Staff Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients with complex neurological conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient symptoms, medications, and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • 1 year of nursing experience, with Neuro ICU experience preferred
  • Able to work weekend rotations per the MNA contract
