About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with a range of neurological diagnoses.

Our Neuro ICU is a 22-bed adult ICU that cares for patients with complex comorbidities and multisystem organ involvement. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment to provide patient-centered care.

This is an excellent opportunity to engage in unit-based research efforts recognized globally and to work in a flexible/unit-based schedule that does not require floating to other units.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with neurological diagnoses
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in unit-based research efforts to improve patient outcomes
  • Work in a flexible/unit-based schedule that does not require floating to other units
Requirements
  • BSN degree preferred
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse required
  • Neuro and critical care experience preferred, but candidates with experience in general acute care and demonstrating a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty will also be considered
  • Ability to work a day/night rotation shift
